Meclis-i idare-i livânın balada muharrer kararı mûcibince lâzım gelen terzilerin meclis-i acizânemize celb edilerek kendilerine teşvikât-ı mükteziye led-el-icrâ merbûten takdim münakasa pusulası mûcibince süvâri zabitanının beher takımı sağ akçe olarak 275 ve piyade zabitanının beher takımı 233 guruş 10 parada Musa Senilerin nam terzi uhdesinde takarrar etmiş ve tefrik edilen çuha numûnesi teslim olunduğu ve bedelât-ı mezkûreden tenkıs edecek kimesinenin rağbeti zuhûr etmemiş olmağla ol babda emr ü ferman.
