Upon the bill, dated 12 January 1907 and numbered 87, by the Mail Directorate, regarding the Dutch auction of mail drivings in Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Hebron
In accordance with the attached Dutch auction bills, the transfer fees of the said mails were put on Dutch auction. It was decided that the mails from the center to the railroad station be transferred at a monthly rate of 280 piasters by Yakûb Şâkir Ağa; the driving of mails in Hebron be undertaken at a rate of 209 piasters by İbrahim Al Şerabati from the townsfolk of Halil; and the driving of mails in Bethlehem be undertaken at a rate of 115 piasters by Mihal Talabay. As the guarantee, that has to be taken over İbrahim Al Şerabati, the contractor for mail drivings in Halil, has been accepted to be presented to the Hebron administration, it is appropriate to relegate it to the Sanjak Administrative Council for ratification. The 8th of Shubât (1)322 (21st of February 1907).
