110 pieces of above-written supplies necessary for the quartering at the below barracks of those Ottoman soldiers coming from Nablus, Jaffa and Gaza have been purchased from the municipal fund and delivered to the military. It is appropriate to notify the office of commandership with a letter that after soldiers leave here, the said supplies must be given back to the municipality to be preserved for the following year. The 25th of Mârt (1)314 (6th of April 1898).
