It has been decided by the council to rent the fourth store of the six stores located outside of Jaffa Gate inside the coffeehouse for a period of one year starting in the beginning of Muharram (1)312 to its former tenant Banhîl, the carpenter, for a rent of an amount of twelve French liras. Four liras are to be paid upfront, and after five days another four liras and one month later, in the beginning of Muharram (1)312, the remaining liras. In order to certify this, this decision was taken on the 20th of Huzayrân (1)310 (2nd of July 1894).
