The new slaughterhouse has been established and the slaughtering there has begun. Accordingly, it has been decided on the council level to rent one room for a period of one year to the Jewish butchers and two rooms for the Ashkenazi butchers for an amount of five French Liras for each room. [However,] a room will be given for free for the tax farmer of intestines. [The above-mentioned rental agreements] are to take effect at the first of Rabî' Awwal (1)313. In order for this to be clarified, this decision was taken on the 7th of Agustos (1)311 (19th of August 1895).
