It is necessary to build pavement and stairs on the street of Haseki Sultan Souphouse and in front of the Austria-Hungary Consulate, which is located outside the city. However, due to lack of funding, the approval of the extra expenditure of the required amount for these construction works, which amounts to in genuine coins 14,088 piasters, can be referred to the Sanjak Administrative Council.
