Scope and content

Issue regarding Muslims lepers staying at the German hospital: Salim İbrahim from the village of Ramallah / Ahmed Asab from the village of Sebuna (?)
8 rooms had been constructed at the location provided by the municipality for those lepers who are Muslims and staying at the German hospital and the mentioned lepers have been transported from the German hospital to this location. However, the above-mentioned lepers are claiming money from the newcomers on the basis that they are the seniors of the mentioned location. It has been understood that, this situation causes distress and gossip. For this reason and due to the scarcity of the available place because of the large number of lepers, it is appropriate to refer these two names to the police administration for their exile to the leper hospital of Ramla. The 11th of Agustos (1)311 (23rd of August 1895).
