Upon his arrival to Jerusalem, Hebron municipality’s doctor has taken two French liras from our council’s fund as an allowance and to the account of his salary. Since no cut has been yet made from the municipal doctor of that place and sent here, it is appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of the Kaza of Hebron via a decree that the said amount be immediately paid and sent here. The 21st of Kânûn Awwal (1)314 (2nd of January 1899).
