After discussions, Danyil Mizrâhî was chosen for this job for his competency. In order to include this in the coming year’s budget and to take the permission of the board of directors to pay his salary for this year, this decision was issued on the 15th of Kânûn Awwal (1)314 (27th of December 1898).
