Scope and content
As previously presented and stated, many ill prisoners are sent to the municipal hospital. Since the said hospital has a low income, it is necessary that the bread that must be provided to these ill prisoners be sent when they come to the hospital. Additionally, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force in order to inquire into why the bread that must be provided to the patients referred to the hospital has still not been delivered. The 2nd of Tâmuz (1)310 (14th of July 1894).
