Scope and content

Upon the Kaymakamlık of Nazareth’s telegram dated 28 February 1909. The Ministry of Internal Affairs’ letter dated 29 August 1908 states that it is unlawful to take a tax without an imperial decree. Hence, for negotiating and explaining whether the taxes specified in this telegram shall be put on Dutch auction or not, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 17th of Shubât (1)324 (2nd of March 1909).
