If things are not made easier for the collectors in their applications regarding the collection from those hesitating or evading the payment of municipal goods, there will be delays in collections. Thus, as regards providing them with municipal police officials when needed and showing convenience to them, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force.
