Since there is now no contract stamps in the Sanjak of Jerusalem, contract stamps, ranging from 0.2 piasters to one hundred piasters stamp, at a total worth of 10,000 piasters, were Requested in the correspondence sent by our council to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 13 June 1899. However, nothing has been delivered up to now. Due to the severity of the need for contract stamps, it is necessary to report the matter again to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to urgently deliver them. The 27th of Nîsân (1)315 (9th of May 1899).
