Announcement
It has been announced that the tax farming rights for carriages and animals traveling on the road between Jerusalem and Jaffa are proposed for public bid for a period of one year starting at the month of Mârt (1)315. The bid was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of one hundred and twenty thousand piasters according to the current prices. This announcement is to be hung up for eleven working days starting at the date below. Thus, whoever wants to offer higher bid should do so in accordance with the rules. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 15th of Mârt (1)315 (27th of March 1899).
