Since the lease period of these shops has expired, they are offered for public bid for a period of one year starting from Muharram (1)328. After deliberations and eliminating interest and suspension for 48 hours, it has been decided to return them to the tenants for a sum of 120 French liras and 1230 piasters as mentioned above. Since this sum is suitable, the council has decided to lease it to the above mentioned people. In order to write the contracts in this manner, this decision was taken on the 19th of Kânûn Thânî (1)325 (1st of February 1910).
