We announce that the sprinkling (?) of carriages is up for public bid. The bidder will be in charge of this service for six months, from the beginning of Mayis (1)323 until Tishrîn awwal of this year for the amount of 9 000 piasters. And in agreement with the bidders, this decision has been enacted and will be announced for the period of one week starting from the date below. So everyone who want to bid should contact the municipality within the mentioned period. And in order for this to be known, this matter was announced on the 18th of Huzayrân (1)323 (1st of July 1907).
