As for the preservation and enumeration by our council of the big and small bell jars, sanjaks and their woods, which are among the items pertaining to the decorations performed during His Highness, the German Emperor's visit to Jerusalem, a register has been drawn up. In the decision, dated 10 December 1898 and numbered 1314, taken by the Sanjak Administrative Council, it was decided that a copy of this register be kept in the Sanjak’s Accounting. Hence, the said goods have been preserved in a convenient place, with the requested register drawn up and hereby presented. The 8th of Kânûn Awwal (1)314 (20th of December 1898).
