When they gave him this house, following orders by the Dragoman, it was derelict. He was ordered by the Dragoman to repair it, little by little, and so he did make repairs in this house and in two other houses, where he resides. Yesterday, while he was making repairs and enlarging the space in the kitchen, they came and undid all of the repair work he had done, because he supposedly didn't have a permit. But he had the permit from the Dragoman for a house, he just didn't think of asking for another permit for the second house. He is admitting his mistake and he is apologizing and asking for forgiveness.
