In the past, he submitted a petition asking the case between him and his wife to be considered. He split up with his wife, but he didn’t get the divorce documents in a written form. Today, he went to the Ecclesiastical tribunal and asked, either to get the divorce or to get his wife back. But the tribunal receiving the petition tore it out and kicked the husband out, forcing him in this way to resort to the foreigners, letting them decide on who committed the wrongdoing. (The tribunal decided that the woman should go back to her husband, but she refuses by claiming that her husband suffers from leprosy, while he says that he has only some syphilis traces on his nose.
