Because of the nearing of the glorious enthronement anniversary it was decided by the council to designate one of us, the respectable Al Haj Hassan Effendi Al Dâwûdî, in order to assess what is needed in terms of fireworks and others things for decoration. All that is needed will be paid from the municipality’s treasury. This decision was taken on the 26th of Tammûz (1)310 (7th of August 1894) as proof.
