The walls of the department are deteriorated to an degree that is unacceptable because of intense dirt leaking and it is unacceptable to leave them like this. Therefore the council has decided to proceed with white-washing and painting them. When Lîb Bîrs the Ashkenazi was brought in, an agreement was made with him for an amount of five French liras for the three rooms. In order for this amount to be spent, tthis decision was taken on the 18th of Tammûz (1)310 (30th of July 1894).
