On the petition filed by Mahmud Bekir Beşini Effendi about the road in the vicinity of the cemetery
Upon the previous complaint by the people against the family of Rahil Effendi whose house is located in the vicinity of the said türbe, the said place was inspected and its map was drawn out by the religious court and also a verdict was given with respect to this issue. Since it is necessary to submit a copy of the said verdict and the map in order to take necessary actions in respect of the petition, it is appropriate to report the matter to the religious court with a decree. The 3rd of Mârt (1)315 (15th of March 1899).
