It was stated by the Warden that some share of the bread allocated for poor prisoners were given to the prisoners sent to the municipal hospital for treatment, but that it is no longer given. Since it is impossible for the hospital to give bread and food to poor prisoners, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Prison Directorate in order to send as before from the prison to the hospital the food allocation reserved for sick prisoners. The 2nd of Mârt (1)315 (14th of March 1899).
