On the letter, dated 25 Ocak 1884, sent by the Consulate of Austria and Hungary regarding the collection of 21 forint from the woman named Dipor Akişman (?)
It has been understood from the herewith presented certificate given by the head of muhtars that the said woman cannot afford to pay her debt of 21 forint as she is poor. It is appropriate to report the matter to the said consulate with a letter and to attach the certificate. The 8th of Mârt (1)315 (20th of March 1899).
