It has been announced to public that in accordance with the information (al-ta'rîf) sent by the authorized representative of al-khidîwiyyah mail trains in Jaffa dated on the 15th of Mârt (1)899, a train called (nasîr fawqa al-'âdah) assigned for transportation of [Muslim] pilgrims directly to Yanbu' and Jeddah will be arriving in Jaffa on coming Friday the 11th of Dhi al-Qi'dah (1)316 coinciding with the 23rd of Mârt (18)99 and leaving on the same day. Accordingly, it is urgent to publish the directions to gentlemen wanting to travel [for pilgrimage] in this blessed year on the 6th of Mârt (1)315 (18th of March 1899).
