Scope and content

350 piasters, stated in this letter to have been sent from the fund of the mental hospital belong to the fund of 1303 (1887-1888). As a result of the investigation of relevant records, it has turned out that 4,550 piasters sent in 1302 (1886 – 1887), 1303 (1887 – 1888) and 1304 (1888 – 1889) belong to the fund of 1290 (1874 - 1875) until 1302 (1886 – 1887), as shown in the hereby presented counterfoils, and that there is a debt of 2,800 piasters thus far as of 1304 (1888 – 1889) up to 1311 (1895 - 1896). It is obvious that the said receivable belonging to the mental hospital fund from 1304 (1888 – 1889) to 1311 (1895 - 1896) was not sent in 1305 (1889 – 1890). It is appropriate to report in reply that the said 2,800 piasters must be swiftly delivered and that there are 560 piasters sent from the Ministry of Medicine’s fund from 1304 (1888 – 1889) up to 1311 (1895 - 1896). The 2nd of Kanûn Thânî (1)311 (14th of December 1895).
