This is the reply to the telegraph sent on 9 December 1895 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
As a result of negotiation, it has been understood that the whole sanjak requires 100 items from the said bottles. It is thus appropriate to report in reply that the said amount shall be delivered and their cost be paid upon arrival. The 4th of Kanûn Thânî (1)311 (16th of December 1895).
