In the letter, dated 25 October 1895 and numbered 105, sent from the Prefecture, it was stated that a register must be arranged and introduced with regard to the place of duty, amount of salary and date and origin of diplomas of the current municipal doctors working in the sanjak centers and subordinate kazas, Sanitary doctors and municipal pharmacists. It is thus appropriate to notify the kaymakamlıks of the said kazas via a decree that a bill, containing, as requested, the names of the current doctors and pharmacists working in the municipalities of the said kazas, be swiftly delivered. The 20th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)311 (2nd of December 1895).
