Upon the reply by the Greek Patriarch
The provisions of the 6. article of the Public Buildings Regulation prohibit constructing bridges over any kind of road and streets. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council so as to report via a letter whether there is any inconvenience for the said passageway to be located over the road. The 16th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)311 (28th of November 1895).
