The lantern decision
Since owners of property outside the city are complaining about the lack of lanterns close to their shops, it was decided to appoint one of the members, the respectable Andûnî Effendi and engineer Nasrî Effendi to inspect all lanterns and demonstrate the procedure. If needed, some lanterns will be moved from one place to another. If more lanterns need to be hung up, the approval of installing these lanterns will be given after deliberation. Accordingly, this decision was issued on the 24th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)321 (7th of December 1905).
