The wall, which is included among the waqfs of Seyyidena Abu Al Gus (?) in the neighborhood of Megaribe, and belongs to Seyyid Salih Cauni, is about to collapse and poses threat to passersby. Therefore, in accordance with the 58. article of the Public Buildings Regulation, the concerned persons were warned by the municipal police force for its immediate demolition. Nonetheless, no result has been obtained as yet. So, in accordance with the said article, it has been deemed appropriate that this wall be demolished by a municipal police official, the neighborhood muhtar, municipal council member Hacı Huseyin Davudi Effendi and the engineer İbrahim Effendi and a mandate be written by the said committee. It is thus appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force. The 11th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)313 (23rd of November 1897).
