The said buildings were inspected and it was understood that these buildings are a matter of dispute in the Court of First Instance. Even though it was enjoined in the letter, dated 13 June 1898, sent from the Court of First Instance that no buildings be constructed in the said locale, this was opposed, so the architect of the construction was fined a penalty of 25 piasters in cash and it was regarded as necessary to go to law in order to take necessary action in respect thereof. The 8th of Mârt (1)315 (20th of March 1899).
