Ebniye-i mezkûrenin keşfi icrâ edilerek fi’l-hakika muhtelif ve bidâyet mahkemesinde müddeâ mahalde icrâ olunmakta olduğu tebeyyün edip mahâl-i mezkûrede ebniye inşâ olunmaması mahkeme-i mezkûreden fi 1 Haziran sene 1314 tarihli verilen takririn üzerine mahâl-i mezkûrda ebniye inşâ olunmaması tenbîh olunmuş ise de muhâlefet olunduğundan mi’mârcıdan yirmi beş guruş cezây-ı nakdi alınmış ve icâbına bakılmak üzere mahkeme-i mezkûreye mürâcaat olunması müktezî bulunmuş olmağla ol babda. Fi 8 Mart sene 315.
