Since the surety bond which must be received against the petitioner according to the provisions of the 53. article of the Public Buildings Regulation has now been received, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force in order to stop the construction of the buildings in dispute for 15 days beginning from the date below.
