Halil-ür-rahman’a muvassıl şimendifer mevkifi civârında vâki göz hastanesinin doktoru Mösyö Kant tarafından şoseye mütecâviz demirden parmaklık imâl olunduğu fi 9 Mart sene 1315 tarihli belediye mühendisinden verilen jurnalde beyân olunmuş olduğundan mezkûr parmaklık behe-mahal üç gün zarfında şoseden ref’i müktezi olduğu ve olunmadığı halde belediye tarafından kaldırılıp masârifâtı tahsil kılınacağı tebliği husûsunun merkûmûn metbû’ olduğu İngiltere devlet-i fehimesi konsolatosuna ba-tezkere-i âliyeleri irâde ve i’şârı babında.
