In accordance with the verdict, dated 15 July 1894, by the Sanjak Administrative Council, the said engineer was previously given 3,090 piasters with policy and telegraph fee. However, it was understood via the telegprah that this money did not suffice. Since the said engineer shall have a great expenditure due to the earthquake in İstanbul, it has been deemed appropriate to give him 3,500 piasters as respected current akçe, which shall be regarded as his daily allowance. Nevertheless, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council in order to discuss and approve expending this money through non-budgetary means. The 12th of Tammûz (1)310 (24th of July 1894).
