As a matter of fact, there is no negligence in the cleaning services of the city. Nonetheless, in accordance with the written decree, it is appropriate to write in reply that greater than ever attention shall be paid to cleaning services; that greater care shall be shown to remove dumps; that necessary warnings have been given to those concerned not to allow the sale of unhealthy food and drink; and that, with Allah’s help, there is now no problem in the field of health. The 8th of Mârt (1)311 (20th of March 1895).
