As declared in the correspondence, dated 1 January 1895 and numbered 43, sent from the Directorate of Main Register of Revenues, the necessary transactions of the said buildings were conducted by the Directorate of Main Register of Revenues and the matter was reported with an official letter to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the purpose of issuing an imperial rescript. However, since no reply has been given yet, the construction of the said buildings came to a halt and the purchased timbers got lost. It is appropriate to inform again the Directorate of Main Register of Revenues about the matter with a telegram in order to collect the timber cost from the petitioner. The 6th of Mârt (1)311 (18th of March 1895).
