For the Municipal Hospital, nine boxes of medications and medical instruments, at a worth of 3690 Franc and 75 centime, have arrived at Jaffa. In accordance with the decree, dated 31 August 1892 and numbered 157, sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, since it is necessary that goods at a worth of 54,000 piasters be annually exempted from customs duty for the use in the municipal hospital, it is appropriate to write a decree from the office of Mutasarrifate and to notify the Jaffa Tax Directorate that no customs duty shall be taken from the said medications and medical instruments. The 11th of Nisân (1)311 (23rd of April 1895).
