According to the report dated on the 16th of Mârt (1)326, number 64, which was presented by the municipality’s doctor, an inspector has to be appointed by the municipality’s inspector outside the Old City. After the council’s deliberations, it has been decided that the travelling inspector cannot travel outside the Old City without a beast because of the long distance between places, so it has been decided to pay inspector Salih Effendi 60 piasters a month for transportation. In order to pay the mentioned sum on a monthly basis, starting from the 1st of Mârt (1)326, a decision has been taken on the 21st of Mayîs (1)326 (3rd of June 1910).
