Since the forty-five rugs which have been purchased from the municipality’s treasury for the soldiers who came during the season, those rugs now belong to the municipality. Of those rugs, thirty-nine have been damaged and are not suitable for use next year, and therefore it has been decided to give them to prisoners. Accordingly, this decision was issued on the 8th of Nîsân (1)325 (21st of April 1909).
