In the month of June 1311 (13 June – 12 July 1895), 250 meters of sewage, 1,000 meters of pavement, 230 meters of stairs, at the location of Akata el-Fasıla, within the town’s territory, and 600 meters of pavement and 200 meters of stairs, in front of the governor’s office, have been constructed. 25 patients have been admitted to the municipal hospital and their treatment is taken care of thanks to our Sultan. Likewise, 519 patients have been examined by the municipality doctor and 220 children from villages have been vaccinated by an officer appointed particularly for this matter. The 24th of Tammûz (1)311 (5th of August 1895).
