1311 senesi şehr-i Haziranında Akata el-Fasıla nam mevkîde dâhil-i kasabada 250 metre lağım ve bin metre kaldırım ve 230 metre merdiven ve hükümet-i seniyye kapısı önünde 600 metre kaldırım ve 200 metre merdiven müceddeden inşâ olunmuştur ve belediyye hastahânesine 25 nefer hasta kabul edilerek saye-i şâhânede umur-ı tedâviyâtlarına bakıldığı gibi belediyye tabibi ma’rifetiyle 519 hasta mu’ayene ve me’mûru mahsûsu tarafından kurâ ahalisinden 220 çocuk aşılanmıştır.
