Upon the declaration with an official letter by the Office of Main Register of Revenues dated 4 April 1982 that there was no inconvenience to construct a building in the specified land, a license was warranted for the construction of the building. As the question whether this land belongs to the building owner or not is an issue pertaining to the Office of Main Register of Revenues, it is appropriate to relegate again the matter to where it pertains. The 6th of Nîsân (1)308 (18th of April 1892).
