As for the one who neglects and leaves them unperformed he will answer to the awe-inspiring Judge on Judgment day. He is also bound by maledictions and patriarchal excommunications, for some of these are ordered by the departed and guarded with maledictions. Composed in June 1st 1819 when Mishael and Prokopios were Commissioners of Petra.
