The council has decided to remove all kiosks from all markets and shop entrances, which has increased the work of the municipal inspectors. It has become clear that their number isn’t sufficient to manage the department because there is too much work, which calls for the appointment of another municipal inspector. After discussions, Danyil Mizrâhî was chosen for this job for his competency. The council decided, starting from the 15th of Kânûn Awwal (1)314, to appoint him with a monthly salary of two hundred girsh. In order to include this in the coming year’s budget and to take the permission of the board of directors to pay his salary for this year, this decision was issued on the 15th of Kânûn Awwal (1)314 (27th of December 1898).
