Since it has been found necessary to distinguish all the guardians by a uniform, it has been decided on the council level to make uniforms for the fourteen guardians. [However,] it has been found that the amount of money assigned in the budget is not enough to make fourteen uniforms, and the amount of sixteen Riyâls Majîdî is needed. [Therefore,] it has been decided on the council level to collect the [needed] amount from the administration of the guardians and that of the gas station (al-ghazkhânah), two Riyâls Majîdî for each. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 27th of Nîsân (1)315 (9th of May 1899).
