As a result of investigation, it has been understood that each kantar of grape is sold at the same price as it was sold the previous year. It has thus been understood that the prices of alcoholic beverages is the same as they were last year and that the petitioner have not been wronged. The 25th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (7th of December 1898).
