The coffee house in the park has been inspected out of necessity. Master Ilyâs Badûr has been contracted to repair it according to his best knowledge, under the condition he will roof it using zinc number ten, new zinc at a cost of two hundred piasters to be paid in installments (dârij al band). In order to start with this (work) and pay what is needed from the municipality’s treasury, this decision has been issued on the 26th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)314 (8th of December 1898).
