One of the papers is a booklist prepared by Davit Terteryan, head of the bookstore, introducing the books which were gifted to Matevos Izmirlyan. Matevos Gayegchyan writes to Patriarch Harutyun about the financial report prepared by vardapet Ghevond, he also discusses the current financial issues and other property-related issues. Patriarch Harutyun complains about bishop Gevord Gayegchyan to catholicos Matevos Izmirlyan, mentioning that if the latter had not been an unjust man he wouldn't have supported the concealment of vardapet Ghevond's deflacations. He also asks to ordain Gevorg Yeretsyan for his devoted service to the See. There are also two large financial reports. The first one is an 80-page document covering the period between 1893-1905, and is prepared by the financial and property-rights investigative committee of the convent and is addressed to Patriarch Harutyun. The second report is a 36-page document on the investigation of the sums gained from the properties and is addressed to the patriarch of Constantinople Ormanian from the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. This report also introduces the details of vardapet Ghevond's financial activities.
